Emergency Match Notice – CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING

Emergency notification that the March 21 Match is cancelled. This is beyond our control as another event was also scedhueld for this date without anyone’s knowledge.I literally only found out about this at approximately 4 PM on the 20th…nothing like last minute stuff….amirite?

Now, on one hand, since I did not receive a single lane reservation for this match it appears at first glance no one is affected by this!

In reality, there are a number of people who I know would be shooting because they always do. I called all of those shooters to personally advise them of the issue. We discussed whether to completely cancel and resume next month or reschedule this match. We opted to reschedule this match.

This match has been rescheduled to Sunday March 29th!

I will see if I can amend the match schedule, hopefully we don’t have any more issues like this.
