Services for Mississippi Highway Patrol Captain (ret) Phillip Hemphill

Some here already know, but for those who didn’t, Phillip Hemphill passed away suddenly Thursday morning of a heart attack. Nearly every member of the Association knew, or at least had heard of Phillip. We are diminished by his passing.

The service for Phillip will be Monday, October 16th, at 11am at the Cross Mountain Ministries in Porterville, MS. Internment will be st Risld Creek Cemetery at 2:30pm in Mendenhall, MS.
